We created My Feedback Guru to provide people with the guidance to give and receive effective feedback. In the years spent working in organisations of different sizes, across
industries and the globe, we noticed how many people struggle to give and receive feedback. Sometimes it is not given at all - or it's done harshly, leaving people feeling defensive. The leaders and teams who give and receive meaningful feedback are highly effective in their performance and their ability to grow and develop - and harness its value.
